This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use apply to your participation in the Workplace Wellness Leadership Hub (“the Hub”), operated by Healing Without Limits Counseling and Consulting LLC (“HWLCC”). By using the Hub, you acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. Nothing in this document or our products constitutes legal advice. 


Privacy Policy 


1. Information We Collect 
When you subscribe to or purchase access to the Hub, including online courses, memberships, certifications, downloadable resources, and quarterly consultations, we collect the personal information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization/employer, and job title. We also collect information submitted in feedback forms, evaluations, surveys, or quizzes such as The Workplace Mental Health Quiz. 

We collect device and usage data such as operating system, device type, IP address, course progress, engagement analytics, and behavioral data within the Hub. Scheduling information submitted through Calendly related to your quarterly consultation is also collected. 


We do not request or intentionally collect personal mental health information. If you voluntarily share workplace stress or personal experiences in feedback or consultations, it will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law. 


2. How We Use Your Information 
We use your information to: 
• Provide access to Hub content, courses, and membership benefits 
• Issue certificates of completion 
• Deliver downloadable resources 
• Facilitate quarterly workplace consultations 
• Improve our training materials and platform experience 
• Communicate updates about products, services, and offerings 
• Conduct marketing through email tools such as HubSpot or Constant Contact 
• Track course completion and user engagement 


3. Consent 
When you provide personal information to register, purchase, access a course, complete evaluations, or schedule a consultation, you consent to HWLCC collecting and using it for that specific purpose. For secondary uses such as marketing, we may ask for additional consent or provide an opt-out mechanism.

4. Disclosure 
We may disclose your information if required by law, such as in response to a court order, government investigation, or other legal obligations. 


5. Payments 
All payments made through the Hub are processed via Thinkific’s secure third-party payment processors, such as Stripe. HWLCC does not store or have access to your full credit card information. Payment processors follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Transaction data is stored only for the duration necessary to complete your purchase. 


6. Third-Party Services 
Third-party providers used by HWLCC collect, use, and disclose information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf. These providers include, but are not limited to: 
• Thinkific (hosting, account management, payments) 
• Calendly (consultation scheduling) 
• HubSpot or Constant Contact (email communications) 


Each provider has its own privacy policy. Your information may be stored in jurisdictions outside your own, and thus may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. 


When you leave the Hub or access a third-party website, this Privacy Policy no longer applies.

Links on our site may direct you to external sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of other websites. 


7. Security 
We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Payment information is encrypted using SSL and AES-256 encryption when processed through third-party gateways. While no method of electronic transmission is fully secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and additional security practices. 


Cookies and Tracking Technologies 
We may collect cookies, tracking pixels, email open tracking, link click tracking, and automated behavioral analytics. These tools help personalize content, track performance, and improve user experience. Browser settings may allow you to deny or control cookie access. 

Because there is no industry standard for responding to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not alter our tracking practices in response to such signals. 


8. Web Analysis Tools 
We may use built-in analytics tools to measure and collect anonymous session information, performance data, and engagement metrics. 


9. Age of Consent 
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. 


10. Data Retention 
We retain personal information until you request deletion or close your account. To request deletion, email [email protected].
