Terms of Use


1. Educational Purpose Only; No Professional-Client Relationship 
The Hub provides workplace mental health education, leadership training, and organizational well-being strategies. It does not provide therapy, counseling, medical care, clinical services, or crisis intervention. Participation in the Hub does not establish a therapist–client, counseling, or clinical relationship with HWLCC or any of its licensed mental health professionals. Information provided through courses or consultations is educational only and not a substitute for professional legal, medical, HR, or clinical advice. 


2. Intellectual Property 
All Hub content—including videos, voiceovers, training materials, downloadable resources, quizzes, frameworks, worksheets, and consultation materials—is the exclusive property of HWLCC. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license for personal or internal organizational use. 


You may not share, upload, redistribute, reproduce, sell, or publicly display any HWLCC content without written permission. You may share insights or implement concepts internally but may not distribute raw materials or training decks. 


3. Account Sharing Restrictions 
Accounts may not be shared. Each membership is for one individual user. Unauthorized use or account sharing may result in suspension or termination. 


4. Limitation of Liability 
HWLCC is not responsible for: 
• how an organization applies information from the Hub 
• decisions made by you or your employer based on the content 
• outcomes of leadership actions or workplace culture changes 
• HR, legal, or compliance implications resulting from implementation 
• any interpretation or misuse of educational materials 


Users are responsible for consulting appropriate legal, HR, or clinical professionals before implementing workplace changes. 


5. Quarterly Consultation Confidentiality 
Information shared during consultations is confidential to the extent permitted by law. HWLCC may disclose information if required by law, or if safety, legal, or ethical obligations require it. 


6. Community and Conduct 
If the Hub includes discussion forums, live groups, or community spaces, participants must engage respectfully and avoid harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct. HWLCC may remove participants who violate community guidelines. 


7. Refund Policy 
• Digital products (courses, downloadable tools): All sales are final due to immediate access. 
• Membership/subscription: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle. No partial refunds. 
• Quarterly consultations: Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. Missed or unused sessions are non-refundable. 


8. Termination of Access 
HWLCC may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, misuse of materials, or misconduct. Refunds are not issued for accounts terminated due to violation of these Terms of Use.
